Full day trip to the Souss Massa National Park :

This tour from Agadir is a must do for bird and nature lovers! See the fascinating natural landscapes around Agadir in the Souss Massa National Park together with a private driver and guide.

We start the day with the panoramic view over the water reservoir „Youssef Ibn Tachfine“. From this artificial lake runs the Massa River in direction Atlantic Ocean. Nearby are the small sand dunes of Agadir, a little version of the big Moroccan Sahara desert. We take the road to Tiznit, the silver capital of Morocco, where you can visit some of the numerous silver juweliers or stroll through the medina and enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we’ll drive along the Massa River over a sometimes bumpy road through a green landscape. You can see the local berber people working and chatting along the roadside.

Go for a hike on the last part of the National Park until you reach the Atlantic Ocean beach. Enjoy the untouched nature and take out your binoculars – there are a lot of rare birds living in this 330 km2 big bird’s paradise – for example the Bald Iris or the Pink Flamingo.
Drive back to your hotel or cruise harbour with arrival at about 5 pm.
